Engine
Powered by the Hyundai D420 10hp air-cooled single-cylinder 3000 rpm diesel engine. The Hyundai Standby Generator Diesel 5.2kw DHY6000SE is an electric start single phase unit providing easy starting every time. The Hyundai DHY6000SE has a 16 Ltr fuel tank. Giving a maximum running time of up to 16 hours @ 50% load. This unit will use approximately 1 Ltr of diesel per hour. Also able to run on cheaper red diesel. Making the Hyundai DHY6000SE 6kW Generator a very economical generator to run.
Output
The Hyundai DHY6000SE produces 4.5kW/5.6kVA continuous power with a maximum rated output 5.20Kw/6.5Kva. Supplied with 1 x 110v 16amp,1 x 115v 32amp and 1 x 230v 32amp sockets.
Automatic Transfer Switch
The DHY6000SE is an ATS-ready generator, Automatic Transfer Switch. So, when the national grid fails your Hyundai standby generator automatically switches on and off when the power returns.

Housed in its own acoustic casing the Hyundai DHY6000SE 5.2kw Standby Generator produces a decibel reading of 70db @ 7m. Making it a very quiet generator to use, so it’s not going to be disturbing to family or employees at the workplace
