The Armorgard CBC4 ChemBank COSHH Chemical Secure Storage Chest. Purpose-built for the safe storage of chemical substances. The Chembank conforms to all relevant HSE requirements. Built to the specification of 30 minutes of fire resistance. Fitted with a fully welded 85 ltr sump to comply with COSHH regulations and prevent any leakages.
ChemBank CBC4 Chest Construction
The Armorgard CBC4 is constructed from 2mm and 3mm steel with a unique external and internal anti-jemmy system. Maximising protection from thieves and the elements.
Its distinctive bright yellow colour and signage make the Armorgard Chembank chest easy to distinguish between fuel and chemical stores. This is a particular benefit for sites with multi-national workforces.
High and low-level ventilation vents are fitted with flame arrester gauze. This will prevent the buildup of gases within the ChemBank CBC4.
Fitted with 2 gas struts for easy opening and closing and a safety stay is also fitted to prevent the lid from closing accidentally.
The Chembank has forklift slots along with pre-drilled fixing holes for castors should the unit need to be made mobile.
CBC4 Security
The Chembank has 2 x 5 lever deadlocks providing maximum protection supplied with 3 keys per lock together with a unique external and internal anti-jemmy system.
