Armorgard FB2 Flambank COSHH Hazardous Storage Box

The Armorgard FB2 Flambank COSHH Hazardous Storage Box is specially designed to comply with all COSHH regulations, available in 7 sizes, Allowing the FlamBank Hazardous Storage Vault to be used on construction sites, in the industry as well as in vehicles. Fully compliant with all regulations for the safe storage of chemicals and flammable.

The Flambanks are built to the same high specification as the renowned TuffBank range, ensuring that your hazardous substances are securely protected 24/7.

Construction of The FB2 Flambank

The FB2 Flambank is constructed using a 2mm and 3mm powder-coated steel plate. Finished in Pillar Box Red and complete with relevant signage. The 85 ltr fully welded and tested sump complies with COSHH regulations and prevents any leakages. With high and low-level ventilation, to prevent the build-up of fumes and flame arrester gauze.
Fitted with 2 x 300N gas struts to assist with opening and an auto-latch stay to secure the lid in the open position. In addition, the COSHH Flambank FB2 has forklift skids with fixing holes to add castors to make it a mobile unit

Security

The Armorgard FB2 has 2 x 5 lever deadlocks with heavy-duty Chubb style keys, 3 supplied. With welded security ID numbers for fast replacement of lost keys. The lock area has a 6mm reinforcement added for extra strength.
