Hyundai HY10000LEK-2 Electric Start Petrol Generator 8kW 10kVA

The Hyundai HY10000LEK-2 Electric Start Generator 8kW 10kVA is ideal for use by tradesmen, construction sites, and domestic users. It will run most of the everyday used power tools and supply standby power in the event of a power cut.

Engine

Powered by the Hyundai 459cc 16hp petrol engine and has a push-button and recoil start. Using the latest low noise engine technology and recharging its battery whilst in use. The 8kw generator produces only 70 dBA @ 7m.
Fitted with an oil alert that shuts down the engine automatically if the oil level drops. The exhaust has a spark arrester for additional safety.

Alternator

The Hyundai HY10000LEK-2 Generator 8kW 10kVA fitted with an AVR, AutomaticVoltage Regulator. Providing a smooth output, within +/- 3% of 230V. Making it suitable for charging your sensitive electronics, ie. phones, laptops, tablets, and construction tools alike.
A built-in circuit breaker that will cut off power when overloaded.

Low Noise

Using the latest low-noise engine technology, and an improved muffler design. The Hyundai HY10000LEK-2 produces only 70 dBA @ 7m to minimise any disruptions or disturbances

Sockets

The socket configuration on the HY10000LEK-2 are 2 x 115v 16amp & 1 x 230v 32amp. The sockets are mounted to one end but within the frame to minimise damage

Control Panel

The onboard digital display meter displays hours run, maximum voltage, and frequency.

Frame

The Hyundai HY10000LEK-2 only weighs 94kg. Mounted within its own wheeled tubular steel frame with puncture-proof tyres.
This generator’s sockets are placed on the end facing the control panel to minimise any potential damage.
