The Hyundai HY6500SEi 230V 6.6kW Portable Leisure Inverter Generator is the top of the range compact and powerful portable inverter leisure generator providing a convenient and cost-effective source of power. The HY6500SEi is ideal for domestic, caravan, motorhome usage and produces pure sine wave output suitable for powering sensitive electronic equipment ie phones, tablets, laptops, etc…
Engine
The HY6500SEi is powered by the IC390E Hyundai 4 stroke 398cc petrol engine with recoil and remote key fob start as standard. Capable of producing a continuous 6.0kW of clean power. With the addition of ECO MODE fitted as standard which ensures only the power required is delivered. If the oil level should fall the Hyundai HY6500SEi will cut out to protect the engine.
LCD Display
The Hyundai HY6500SEi features a LCD display making performance easy to monitor. Included within the panel are the voltage, frequency, and hour count. The control panel has 2 x 240v 13amp, UK mains plug, 1 x 240v 32amp outlets, a 12v DC battery charging outlet and a USB socket suitable for mobile phone and tablet charging.
Should the maximum load be exceeded, the digital overload protection will shut the generator down.
Portability
The HY6500SEi has front and rear moulded grip handles and 4 x heavy-duty wheels, and only weighs 89kg. Making it very easy to store in a vehicle, shed or garage.
